South Milwaukee Multiple Scholarship Application
The SMHS Multiple Local Scholarship Application is a chance for seniors to apply for a variety of scholarships with one application form. Candidates must be a South Milwaukee High School Senior graduating in 2025 to apply. Each multiple scholarship application is reviewed by the scholarship committee to determine/confirm student eligibility.
DEADLINE- Monday, March 10 @ 3:00 PM, please return completed applications to SMHS Student Services Office.
NO EXCEPTIONS
SM Multiple Scholarship Application
Application Includes:
- Application- must use approved application, do not type your own
- Resume- to include High School Achievements, Activities and Athletics, Community Involvement and Employment Experience
- Essay (200-300 words) describing your college and and career plans and financial need
- Two letters of recommendation- one from a faculty member and one from community/non-family member
