As the countdown to a High School senior student’s year heads to graduation, we want parents/guardians to be informed of important timelines and deadlines.  Please pay close attention to all deadlines when preparing for your senior’s graduation day.

Cap & Gown Distribution
for Seniors who ordered through Jostens
DURING LUNCH HOURS

Senior Class Meeting (required)
During Period 6 class time 12:23-1:10pm

THURSDAY, MAY 22
Senior Honors Program
6:30PM in PAC
by invitation only
Students check-in at 6:00PM

FRIDAY, JUNE 6
Senior Last Day of School
and
6:00pm Senior Party
6:00-11:00PM - High School Commons
Senior students only
Tickets $5 (go on sale May 27)
Tickets may be purchased from Mr. Cleveland,
Mr. Grassl, Mr. Larson or Mrs. McCarty

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11
Graduation Practice (REQUIRED)
Seniors may not cross the stage if not in attendance!
Seniors will get their 5 graduation tickets at the practice. 

7:30am REPORT TO COMMONS (Enter Door 29 only)
7:45am Middle School Walk (in cap & gown)
8:00am Senior Breakfast (Commons)
8:50am High School Walk
9:00am Graduation Practice (must wear cap & gown)
1:00PM - Elementary School Walk

THURSDAY, JUNE 12
GRADUATION
6:00PM High School Gymnasium
Seniors report at 5:00PM
Doors will open at 5:15pm for Guests
Family members must have a ticket to attend.

CAP & GOWN INFORMATION: All students participating in the graduation ceremony must wear a sanctioned cap & gown. If you ordered your cap & gown and any other items through Jostens and did not pick it up on the delivery date April 15, you can stop in the High School office to pick it up. If you did not order a cap and gown and wish to do so, please order directly through Jostens.

PLEASE NOTE:  All senior students must earn sufficient credits, take care of any fees and fines, and return their Chromebook/charger in order to receive their diploma insert the night of the graduation ceremony.  

IMPORTANT REMINDER:  All seniors must take care of their obligations (book fines, library fines, physical education fines, school fees, etc.) in order to receive their diploma insert at the graduation ceremony. Diplomas will not be released until fees are paid.
