About Us

South Milwaukee High School is the centerpiece of the School District of South Milwaukee. The 223,000 square-foot building was constructed following a successful referendum and construction completed in 2003. The building opened to student in 2004.

The High School includes a community Fitness Center with an elevated walking track, the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center and a high quality football stadium and track. 

The former high school was turned into the Middle School creating the 17.9 acre space of what is now called the 15th Avenue Campus. The campus is surrounded by natural prairie that secures the soil and helps mitigate flooding.
